With charismatic singers, energetic dance moves and the greatest hits all night, we’ll have everyone up on the dance floor singing and dancing to the songs they love.
Adaptable to any theme
Some past themes we’ve performed include 1920’s, Blues Brothers, 70’s Disco, 90’s, soul nights and fashion parade gala nights.
Professional sound system and lighting
We provide a state of the art PA system. Our sound system may not cover every room (for example Crown Palladium is too large) but our PA is suitable for many other corporate rooms. We will work with your production people to make our requirements as easy as possible.
Musical ‘Stings’ for your awards
These are famous riffs from songs, which are played by the band after the award recipients are called out and continues until the person gets on stage to collect their award. This keeps the audience alert and entertained throughout the awards.
An entertaining dinner set
We can offer a dinner set of three-part vocal harmony songs before the partying kicks off. This is ideal during dinner because it is still soft but keeps the audience entertained or you can choose to have relaxed instrumental music without vocals.
Line ups are flexible
Depending on your theme, style of event and budget you can choose from a 4 piece to an 11 piece line up of instruments.
We’ve entertained clients all over Australia and overseas including Qantas, Coles, NAB, Westpac, Cricket Australia, Darwin Racing, Country Racing Victoria, West Coast Eagles Football Club, Crown Casino and many more. Some corporate highlights include playing at Federation Square main stage for New Year’s Eve, at the MCG International Day Match Australia v England, supporting Leo Sayer at the Darwin Cup, Guy Sebastian at Crown Palladium and Jessica Mauboy at the MCEC.

Yes, we will travel all over Australia and overseas.
We are confident with years of experience to select appropriate songs throughout the night to cater for all age groups, and are happy for you to leave these decisions to us. However, it’s your event and we of course welcome your input.
Yes we always have appropriate background music playing when we’re not on stage.
If we’re supplying our PA we require approximately 2 hours for a comprehensive sound check. If PA is supplied then 1 hour is fine.
Melbourne Hit Parade is not a franchise band with rotating players. We have fixed members, playing together all the time.
All our different lineups require different spaces. An example is the 6 piece requires approximately 6m x 3m, the 9 piece 8m x 4m and the 11 piece 9m x 5m or 8m x 6m. We can be very flexible for different space requirements and can squeeze into tight areas so please speak to Bec if you have any concerns.
Yes we have done many themed events and now have a large range of costumes. We can also adapt our set list to cater for your theme.
